Roof Repairs and Annual Preventative Maintenance
A request for proposal will be released soon for roof repairs and preventative maintenance as follows;
- General maintenance including repairing open laps, corner flashings and other flashing repairs
- Repairs to field membrane including pathes at deep surface scratches, puntures, and seam repairs
- Repairs and maintenance to pitch pockets
- Installation of protective walkway pads, and repairs to loose pads where required
- Application of sealant to copings and other perimter metal details where required
