Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

This policy explains what data AdRPM (operated by DPL Ads LLC) collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers two groups: our customers (people with AdRPM accounts) and end users (people who see ads served through AdRPM on our customers' sites).

1. Data we collect from customers

2. Data processed for end users

When our ad tag on a customer's site requests an ad, we process the end user's IP address (for delivery, geo targeting and fraud control), browser and device type, and a cookie or IP-based identifier used to count unique visitors within the window the customer configured. We do not build cross-site profiles of end users and we do not sell this data to anyone.

3. How we use the data

We do not use your campaign data to advertise to you, and we do not share it with other customers.

4. Where data lives

Data is stored on servers we operate in the European Union. Cloudflare sits in front of our servers as a CDN and security layer, which means traffic passes through Cloudflare's network under their privacy policy. Our payment provider processes billing data under their own policy.

5. Retention

Account and campaign data is kept while your account is active. If you close your account, we keep data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it. Server logs are rotated and deleted on a regular schedule. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be kept longer.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or export your data from the dashboard or by contacting us. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to object to processing, request restriction, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Cookies

The dashboard uses cookies required to keep you signed in. Our ad tag may set a cookie used only to measure unique visitors for the campaigns you see; it is not used for cross-site tracking.

8. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be announced by email before they take effect.

9. Contact

Questions about privacy or data requests can be sent to the support contact shown in your dashboard.
